Payment
and Enrollment
You may pay by VISA, MasterCard,
or American Express, via our Internet site or telephone registration.
Please note:
- If you write us an e-mail
requesting registration, please do not include your credit card information.
- Our Internet registration
uses secure, encrypted technology. Your credit card, email address,
and other personal information are very safe. We strongly recommend
using our Internet registration feature.
- All Business Catalyst Institute™ financial transactions are done in US Dollars. We are not responsible for any currency fluctuations or fees charged by your financial institution during the transaction. The exchange rate for payments/refunds is determined by your financial institution on the date of the transaction.
You may also pay by check (US
funds only). Checks should be made out to "Business Catalyst Institute"

You are not registered for
a class until full payment is received.
All course enrollments are subject to availability.
Your enrollment in a course
is based on the receipt of funds. In the process of enrolling you in your
requested course(s), Business Catalyst Institute™ will notify you if there
are insufficient funds. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of
our notification, your requested space in the course(s) will be released.
You will be held liable for any bank or service fees associated with a
registration check returned for insufficient funds.
Business Catalyst Institute™ does not offer nor accept any type of financing or student loan arrangements.
Please note that all course dates and times are subject to change.
Buyer's
Right to Cancel
You have a right to cancel
your enrollment and receive a refund by delivering a written notice to:
Business Catalyst Institute, PO Box 70356, Sunnyvale CA 94086 or by emailing
your written notice to: admissions@businesscatalystinstitute.com. You do not have the right
to cancel by not attending a course you are registered for.
Notice
of Cancellation / Withdrawal and Refunds
Written notice of cancellation
shall take place on the date the letter of cancellation/withdrawal is
postmarked. Eligible refunds will be made within 30 days following the receipt
of written requests. Refunds will be made only in the form of payment
that was originally received.
Refund
Policies
If you choose to cancel your
enrollment in a course, and if your written notice is postmarked 21 or
more days prior to the start of the course, you will receive a full refund.
If you provide written cancellation notice less than 21 days prior to the start of your course, you
will receive a full refund minus a USD $50 non-refundable registration
fee. If you do not provide a written cancellation notice more than 24 hours before the start of your course, you will forfeit your entire registration fee. In other words, there is no refund for "no shows" or after a course has started. There is no refund for course materials.
If you withdraw from a discounted program package, you will be charged the full course fee for any courses you have completed or are currently attending. The USD $50 non-refundable registration fee will be applied if your written notice is received less than 21 days prior to the start of your next course.
Transfer
Fees
You can transfer to another
course without penalty up to 21 days before a course begins. If you transfer
within 21 days of the course, there is a $50 non-refundable registration
fee.
Right
of Refusal
Business Catalyst Institute™ reserves the right to refuse a student participation in courses and/or
programs. In addition, Business Catalyst Institute™ reserves the right
to remove from a classroom a student who is negatively impacting other
students and/or the learning environment.
